Payments

Follow the instructions on this page to pay your application fee, registration fee, tuition, or to make a donation to Austin Bible Institute.

A) Paying your registration and other fees:

You can pay your application fee and registration fee in the following ways.

1) Pay Online. You need to have a credit card or debit card or a PayPal account to use this online payment method.

2) Mail a personal check, cashiers check, or money order. Get our mailing address. This method should be used only by U.S. residents or others who write checks that are drawn on a U.S. bank account. Checks drawn on an international bank will not be accepted.

3) Send money through Western Union or Money Gram. This method is for international students who do not have access to U.S. banks or credit and debit cards. Please contact us for further information before attempting to send money.

B) Paying your tuition:

All applicable fees are due three (3) weeks before the beginning of the term.

There is a 5-7 business day processing period for all personal checks. Students will be notified that their payment was received but no payment receipt or book list will be sent until their personal check has cleared in the bank.

Certified funds such as money orders or cashier’s checks have a 1 business day processing period and students will receive their payment receipt and book list after that period.

Since we have a rolling admissions policy, it’s possible for students to enroll after official deadlines have passed. In this case, all tuition and fees must be paid by certified funds such as money orders or cashier’s checks. No personal checks will be accepted if sent after the official deadline has passed.

At this time, we do not accept tuition payments made online. To pay your tuition, please use the following methods:

1) Mail a personal check, cashiers check, or money order. Get our mailing address. This method should be used only by U.S. residents or others who write checks that are drawn on a U.S. bank account. Checks drawn on an international bank will not be accepted.

2) Set up automatic bill pay through your bank.
Depending on your bank, these instruction may vary slightly.

1. Log into your bank account online
2. Select Bill Pay or Make Payments
3. Make payment out to Austin Bible Institute
(If you are prompted to enter an account number, you should be able to leave that space blank and continue in the process. This is not a bank account number they’re requesting, but an account number with the company. Leave this space blank)
4. Enter in the payment amount – see tuition invoice
5. Select what day you want the amount to be sent, before the payment deadline
6. Ensure the payment is made out to Austin Bible Institute and mailed to

Returned/Bounced Payments:

A $25 processing fee will be charged for any checks return by the bank due to insufficient funds. Students or former students who have been provided with written notice that they have failed to pay a proper financial obligation will be require to pay all subsequent payments via cash, money order, or certified check only. No personal checks will be accepted at that point.

Partial Payment Plan?

Students who cannot pay their entire tuition upfront may request a Partial Payment Plan. The 1st installment is at least ½ of the total tuition. The 2nd installment must be at least ½ of the remaining tuition and, if needed, a 3rd  installment may be added for the remainder.

  • The 1st installment of a partial payment will be due three (3) weeks before the classes starts.
  • The 2nd installment of a partial payment will be due four (4) weeks later, which will be the end of the 1st week of classes.
  • All students who choose a partial payment plan are encouraged to pay in 2 installments. However, students who request a 3rd installment will pay that 3rd installment by the end of the 4th week classes.

Students are not allowed to owe tuition past the 5th week of classes.

Please contact your admissions coordinator for any additional questions.

Please Note: Partial payment plans include a $25 fee.
